专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to a motorization system for a tarpaulin wound on a tube, a winding tube comprising such a motorisation device, and a motorization system for a tarpaulin wound on a tube. as well as a pool cover equipped with such a winding tube. In order to cover and close the pools, especially to avoid dirtying the water with waste debris such as dead leaves, to limit heat loss, and to ensure the safety of people moving around, it is known to use a tarpaulin having one end fixed to the ground, and the other end attached to a winding tube. By rotating the tube in one direction, the cover is completely wound on this tube which advances by opening the pool, which allows to store this tarp compactly and cleanly to clear the space. Conversely to cover the pool must unroll the cover entirely, for example pulling on the winding tube that moves back. To meet safety requirements, the pool covers now have a succession of transverse bars supported at their ends on the pool edges, to support the weight of a person falling on the cover. In particular the standard requires the holding of the tarpaulin to a mass of 200kg. These transverse bars are then wound together with the sheet, around the winding tube. In order to facilitate the opening of the swimming pool, a known type of motorization system, presented in particular by the document FR-A1-2885378, comprises an elongate structure having on one side rollers, and on the other an end piece. fitting on one end of the winding tube. The elongated structure has inside a motor powered by a battery, which is connected to the tip to rotate the winding tube. It is then possible after having fixed the end piece on the winding tube, to control by a remote control the rotation of the motor which winds the sheet on this tube. 3037349 2 The casters are a ground support point allowing the motorization system to advance without friction, while applying to this system a reaction torque preventing it from rotating, which opposes the torque delivered on the casing tube. 'winding. The operator follows the motorization in its progress until the complete winding of the tarpaulin. However, this motorization system comprising an integrated motor and gearbox is a relatively bulky and heavy set, which is not easily manipulated to mate with the winding tube or to store it. In addition, this motorization system requires specific parts such as a chassis and a cowling of the engine and gearbox, it is relatively expensive whereas the obligation to install secure tarpaulins on the pools makes that there is a significant demand and strong competition for these engines. Furthermore, it is known to fix on one end of the winding tube a roller support comprising a gear, connected to an axis of rotation comprising at its end 15 a crank. This system is economical, but it requires the delivery of a manual effort along the entire length of the pool to wind the tarpaulin. It is also possible to have in place of the crank a motor comprising a battery pack, which is maintained by the operator then applying the reaction torque preventing this motorization to rotate. However, this system requires the presence of the operator during the entire winding period of the tarpaulin. The present invention is intended to avoid these disadvantages of the prior art. It proposes for this purpose a motorization system for a fixed tarpaulin wound on a tube moving during winding, remarkable in that it comprises a motorization having a cylindrical outer contour intended to be engaged in the tube and to train it. in rotation by delivering a torque above, which comprises a hub accessible from one side of the tube, this system further comprising a reaction arm which is fixed on the hub to bear on the ground by generating the reaction torque on the motorization opposing the torque applied to the tube.
[0002] An advantage of this motorization system is that by producing a motor and a reducer arranged in a cylindrical shape, it can be integrated into the winding tube which simplifies this system and reduces the number of parts, the tube forming the frame and the outer cowling. We obtain a compact and economical motorization, integrated in a winding tube similar to the usual tubes, non-motorized. The system further comprises a reaction arm 5 which can be very light and easily manipulated. The motorization system according to the invention may furthermore comprise one or more of the following characteristics, which may be combined with each other. Advantageously, the hub is provided to be outside the winding tube. It is thus easily accessible by the connection system of the reaction arm.
[0003] In particular, the reaction arm may comprise a ring fitting around the hub. In this case, the hub may comprise on its outer contour a succession of lobes, on which fit corresponding shapes disposed within the crown. This provides an economic package with a hub that can be made of plastic material, which can easily transmit the reaction torque. Advantageously, the reaction arm is fixed on the hub by means of clipping means comprising an elastic element. One then obtains by a simple push on the reaction arm, a resistant assembly. In particular, the elastic element may be formed by an open ring integral with the crown, which fits into an outwardly directed circular groove formed on the apex of the lobes. The motorization system may have at its end near the hub, electrical connections provided to connect to a remote control. According to one embodiment, the motorization system comprises batteries designed to be integrated into the winding tube. We then use a remote control that does not include batteries, having a reduced mass. Advantageously, the reaction arm comprises a wheel at each end provided to roll on the ground. The same reaction arm is then used for rotation of the winding tube in both directions.
[0004] The invention also relates to a winding tube adapted to receive a rolled-up cover, containing inside a motorization system comprising any one of the preceding characteristics.
[0005] The invention further relates to a blanket provided for covering a swimming pool, comprising a tarpaulin having an end attached to a winding tube containing inside a motorization system comprising any of the preceding features.
[0006] Advantageously, the cover comprising reinforcement transverse bars fixed on the sheet with certain spacings, the sheet being wound on the winding tube, the spacings are calculated giving an angular offset between all the bars avoiding overlaps of these bars. This results in a more compact and regular winding that can easily roll over the edges of the pool.
[0007] Other features and advantages will become apparent from the following description of the invention, a description given by way of example only, with reference to the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a view of a swimming pool covered by a tarpaulin equipped with a winding tube not including a motorization; FIG. 2 is a view of a tarpaulin comprising a motorization system according to the invention, wound on its tube; - Figure 3 is a detailed view for this engine system, the connecting ring of the reaction arm and the end of the winding tube; - Figure 4 is a view of the inner side of the reaction arm; Figure 5 is a detail view of the connecting ring; - Figure 6 is an axial sectional view along the section plane VI-VI of the connecting ring engaged on the hub of the winding tube; and - Figure 7 is a side view of the tarpaulin wound on the winding tube. Figure 1 shows a cover 2 covering a pool 4 having a raised lip, the right side of the cover being fixed to the ground 6 by a fixing bar 8, the left side being fixed on a winding tube 10 placed on the ground . The sheet 2 comprises a succession of regularly spaced transverse bars 12 which give it rigidity, to support the weight of a man falling on it and prevent it from falling into the pool 4.
[0008] FIG. 2 shows the sheet 2 wound on the winding tube, the transverse bars 12 being integrated into the winding of this sheet. A reaction arm 20 is fixed at its middle to a motorized end of the winding tube 10, perpendicular to this tube.
[0009] FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6 show the motorized end of the winding tube 10 comprising a closing piece of plastic material 28, equipped with electrical connections making it possible to connect it by an electric cable 26 to a remote control 32. The end of the winding tube 10 comprises an integrated motor and a coaxial reducer 5 in the tube, which acts on this tube by applying to it a winding torque of the cover 2, bearing on a hub 34 fixed on a shaft disposed in the axis of the tube and out of the nozzle 28. A battery can be integrated in the remote control 32, or in the winding tube 10 to power the engine. We then have electrical connections on the remote control 10 or on the winding tube 30, to recharge these batteries and thus be able to autonomously perform a number of windings of the cover 2. The hub 34 made of plastic material comprises a succession of six lobes 36 regularly distributed on the outer contour, which have on the top of these lobes a transverse circular groove 40 facing outward, aligned in the median plane of the thickness. The reaction arm 20 formed in anodized aluminum tube of square section, has at each end a plastic roller 22 disposed on the inner side of the arm facing the pool. The reaction arm 20 has on its inner side, at its center, a connecting ring 24 formed in a stamped and cut sheet metal. The connecting ring 24 comprises a support plane on the arm comprising an annular portion equipped with two diametrically opposite outer tabs 42, having holes for fixing screws on this arm. The inside of the annular portion of the connecting ring 24 is extended by a cylindrical axial portion forming bosses 46 rotated radially inward, fitting into the recesses between the lobes 36 of the hub 34 so as to transmit a couple between these two pieces. The axial portion of the connecting ring 24 has a transverse outer groove formed around the bosses 46, substantially in the middle of its axial length. This outer groove receives an elastic ring 44 clamped in, formed by a steel wire in a substantially circular shape which is open, so as to obtain sections of this rod which is inside the sheet of the crown. 24, between the bosses 46.
[0010] The ends of the wire of the elastic ring 44 are bent to avoid forming tips that can catch or injure people. To fix the connecting ring 24 on the hub of the actuator 34, the bosses 46 are fitted between the lobes 36, and are pressed axially on the reaction arm 20 to obtain an opening of the elastic ring 44 by means of chamfers. input being in front of these lobes, and an axial sliding of the ring until the ring falls in the outer circular groove 40 of the hub. In this way, the reaction arm 20 is mounted efficiently and substantially free of play on the hub 34, which has a good resistance thanks to the clipping of the elastic ring 44 in its groove 40, which can transmit a reaction torque to this hub being supported by one of its wheels 22 on the ground. The operator can then connect the cable 26 of the remote control 32 to control the winding of the sheet 2, following along the pool the progress of the winding tube 10.
[0011] In a variant, a remote control 32 can be used to control the motorization comprising the battery integrated in the winding tube 10 by a cable-free connection. In particular, it is possible to use a signal transmission by infrared radiation or radio frequency, with a receiver integrated in the winding tube 10. It is also possible to provide an autonomous programming system, which controls a winding of the tarpaulin 2 according to a program set in advance. It should be noted that the two rollers 22 at both ends forming a symmetrical reaction arm 20 make it possible to transmit a reaction torque in one direction or in the other while bearing on one of these wheels which is on the ground, in the direction of rotation of the motorization.
[0012] It is also possible to position two reaction arms at each of the two ends of the tube, the second arm providing improved guidance. For the unwinding of the tarpaulin 2, it is possible to actuate the motor in the opposite direction, the reaction arm 20 bearing on the other wheel 22, and to help the extension of the tarpaulin by pulling on this winding tube 10, generally using a strap. The effort to be provided is thus reduced.
[0013] For the removal of the reaction arm 20, this arm is pulled axially outwards to open the elastic ring 44 by chamfers located on the edge of the outer groove 40 of the hub 34. FIG. winding of the sheet 2 on the winding tube 10, this sheet 5 having reinforcing transverse bars 12 which are stacked between the layers of the sheet. To allow a uniform and compact winding of the sheet 2 around the winding tube 10, advantageously a particular spacing of the transverse bars 12 is provided so as to obtain on this rolled sheet an angular offset a, a '10 bars between them, and to avoid a superposition of two bars that would form a boss on the roll. By a simple calculation of the spacing between the transverse bars 12 on the sheet 2, one obtains a more regular winding and a more circular roll, without presenting a bump which would cause during its rotation a rise then a descent of the roller placed on the ground .
[0014] This results in a smoother, smoother and quieter operation of the engine, which limits the motorization effort and reduces its wear.
